[Video Tutorial] How to add your Personal or Company LinkedIn profile to your website

LinkedIn is following in the footsteps of Facebook with the launch of its tools to embed “recommend” buttons, company-profile boxes and contact widgets on third-party websites — as well as a way to log in to other sites using LinkedIn.

These new plug-ins make it simple for you to show off a snippet of your LinkedIn profile, and for visitors logged into LinkedIn to see thumbnails of connections they have in common with you.

You can also embed your company profile, rather than an individuals, to show information about the business, give readers the opportunity to ‘follow’ it, and a link to its official LinkedIn page.

The below video tutorial gives you a guide on how to set these up for your Profile.

[Note for WordPress users: this code is Javacript which is not automatically acceptable on WordPress posts and pages.  You can either use it in a widget on your sidepanel, or use a plug-in that will allow this to be used on a page or post.  Click here for one that I have used and is really simple to set up)
